Terms and Conditions

Mostly deliveries are made by our direct courier door-door and you will get a rough time of delivery, occasionally we will use a pallet service this is a 9am-5pm Mon-Friday service, upgraded times can be requested at an additional cost we will ALWAYS contact you previously to arrange a suitable day for delivery in both these cases, we will not leave a large item unattended so please make sure you are in, re delivery may incur a charge, it is a curb side drop and the delivery company cannot take the order inside your home due to insurance purposes, your order may be heavy so please make sure you have help on the agreed day of delivery, Pallet disposal is an additional cost... In the case of smaller items the order will be sent tracked. (please provide a contact number on order)
